Quarantine Buddies
The Covid-19 pandemic has been a very tough time for almost everyone. But, it hasn’t been hard for our pets, in fact, they’ve never been happier.
Masked Up
When trying to find inspiration for this image, I decided to turn to the internet and type in the word “Mask” and click the images tab.
Six Feet Apart
We have been told “stay six feet apart” since the very beginning of the covid-19 pandemic.
Black Lives Matter
I have seen many images of quotes, messages, words, etc, written on a foggy window.
New Hobbies
For this image, I incorporated one of the activities that endured much of my time: baking.
No Contact
I had always thought of the art piece “The Creation of Adam” by artist Michelangelo, as showing two beings reaching out for each other, as have many other people.
Homemade Hairdressers
The bare essentials of a haircut are: scissors, a razor, and a comb.
Vaccinations
I have seen covid vaccination signs all over the city, ads showing up on my phone, and commercials on television, and reminders from individual people to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
Mourning
The process of mourning has always been thought of as a dark time.
Sanitation
With all of the use of hand sanitizer that has been happening lately, I wanted to capture a scene in the act of using hand sanitizer.
Quarantine
I have always loved taking pictures through windows, or glass doors because of the cool reflections of the outside that show up on the glass.
Divided
A crack in the sidewalk divides the two sides of the sidewalk, making them each distinct.
Family Time
The family tree has always been a major symbol of family.
Walking Through
The inspiration for this image came from no particular area other than wanting to show myself walking.
Good Vs Evil
Red has always resonated as an “evil” looking color in the right context, and the color white is the same for representing “good.”
Adaptability
For this image, I wanted to find an object that would conventionally not be in the place that it was.
Seasons Changing
I was out for a walk and I had brought my camera luckily.
Nature Now
What nature looks like right now is not the most vibrant because not many plants have sprouted yet.
Isolated
I have personally been impacted from the effects of isolation and loneliness and the scene is set up to represent that.
In The Zoom Where It Happened
This is what I looked like every day of school for the past year.
