Creativity
Creativity outshines any problems we may face. Throughout the many misfortunes of this pandemic, art still found a way to thrive. Artists were able to use their skills to create amazing work that reflected the emotions and struggles of the time. Many new people found new artistic hobbies to fill their free time. Art is a universal language that has flourished over the past year. It has allowed people to express their creativity and share all these new experiences with others. In this piece, I wanted to show how creativity has recently grown and spread across the world, creating a large community of inspiring artists, all while staying safe at home. The black-and-white side of the piece represents the negative impact from the pandemic, while the colored side of the piece represents all the unexpected, artistic positives.
