TMA Museum Store Policies
Members of TMA will receive a 10% discount on store merchandise as a benefit of membership. Member discounts cannot be applied to membership renewal, gift cards, or consignment merchandise.
To promote a customer-friendly atmosphere, TMA will permit customers to return merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt. Shipping for returned items is non-refundable. The merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sold. A restocking fee will apply for any items not received in their original condition and packaging.
Exceptions to the return policy will include all consignment merchandise, sale items, and special orders. Consignment merchandise and sale items may not be returned.
Specialty order items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING / PICK UP
All items ship USPS Priority Mail from Appleton, WI 54911.
A standard flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. Flat rate shipping fee for oversized items delivered in the contiguous U.S. is $20.00. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Local residents have the option to select Pick Up curbside for no shipping charge. Items can be picked up during specified hours: Thursday and Friday, 12pm to 4pm.
