Occurs every Monday, Feb – May
In-Person | TMA’s Gallery
6:15 – 7:15pm

Blending several styles of Hatha Yoga, students will practice asanas and postures before enjoying the creative energy flow in TMA’s galleries with a short, quiet freestyle drawing segment. Drawing will enable students to be mindful of their individual experiences and feelings before transitioning into Yin Yoga for a relaxing, stress relieving, slow moving style that improves circulation, mobility, and flexibility. This class is open to all abilities (art and yoga!), and allows students to practice in a way that is right for their individual needs that day.

$15 | Free meter parking on College Ave beginning at 6:00pm
Drawing supplies included, but during COVID-19, all students are asked to bring their own mat.
