Think outside of the box in this workshop that transforms ordinary items into an extraordinary potted plant sculpture. This class will discuss color, form, and composition while students learn how to bring new life to cardboard through cutting, bending, rolling, and other sculpting techniques. We will finish our sculptures with acrylic painting and see for ourselves how 2D materials and abstract shapes can be combined to represent a 3D living plant that can last forever.

TMA members receive 10% off! A variety of supplies and equipment will be provided for use during this class, all included in tuition.
