FOOD BEVERAGES

It is our goal to provide the public with a wide variety of food and beverages with as little duplication as possible. Full-service food providers will be allowed to sell any non-alcoholic beverage. Please describe all foods and beverages you plan to sell at this event, or note that you are attaching a full menu of your products if you prefer not to list them below. Food vendors are prohibited from selling any products that have not been included on this list during Art at the Park.
Certificate of Insurance
Attach an updated Certificate of Insurance. The COI must list BOTH the Fox Cities Building for the Arts AND Art at the Park as additional insureds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the FOOD VENDOR shall indemnify and hold harmless the Fox Cities Building for the Arts/the Trout Museum of Art, City of Appleton, their agents, employees, sponsors and volunteers, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to, attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the Fox Cities Building for the Arts/the Trout Museum of Art's ART AT THE PARK, provided that • any such claim, damage, loss or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting therefrom, and • is caused in whole or in part by any act or omission of the FOOD VENDOR, any subcontractor, anyone directly or indirectly employed by or volunteering for any of these, or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, regardless of whether or not the injury or damage is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.*
