We appreciate your help and are very excited to work with you! Please read the following information and steps for volunteering on July 26 & 27.

Please note, as the Trout Museum of Art does not have a physical location this summer, t-shirts and parking passes may not be picked up ahead of the event.

PARKING
Parking is free surrounding City Park. (No pass needed)
OR
Reserved parking lots are available by printing and using the pass linked below. Use the map to view available lots. Place your parking pass in your dashboard when parking in these lots.
Handicap parking is located on Eldorado, Harris, and Bateman Streets.
T-SHIRTS
Every volunteer will receive a t-shirt. They can be picked up when you check-in the day of the event at the Trout Museum of Art Booth on Franklin St.
CHECK-IN
Volunteer check-in will be at the Trout Museum of Art booth located on Franklin St in Booths F24-25.
When you arrive to City Park, make your way to the Trout Museum of Art booth on Franklin St. Here, you can check-in, we will check that you have completed your waiver form and give you your t-shirt. We will then direct you to your area. In most volunteer areas, a staff member will be there to direct you or detailed instructions will be given at the Trout Booth.
Friday volunteers may check-in at the City Park pavilion.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

MEDIA INQUIRIES
If someone representing the media approaches you, please direct them to the Trout Museum of Art booth on Franklin St. Staff members will direct the media to the correct person.
No volunteers should issue statements to the media. Ashley Acker is the media spokesperson for the museum and Art at the Park.
LAST FEW REMINDERS
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your volunteer shift so you have time to check in at the Trout Museum of Art booth and get your t-shirt.​
- Wear comfortable shoes and your Art at the Park tee.​
- Wear or bring sunscreen. We will have sunscreen available in the Trout Booth if you forget.​
- Water is available at the Trout Booth, soundstage, Kids Creative Space, and wristband booths.​
- If using a reserved parking lot, place your Art at the Park parking permit inside your dashboard.​
- If you have any questions during your volunteer shift, ask any staff member in your area.
