Be sure to review all the following items to ensure you have an enjoyable volunteer experience at Art at the Park. We’ll see you next weekend!
Please contact Shawn Thiel with any questions or to submit service hour credit (students): sthiel@troutmuseum.org. If you need assistance the day of the event, ask the museum staff member in your area, find Shawn Thiel near the soundstage, or visit the TMA booth to find a museum staff member.

Art at the Park volunteers and families are invited to a free day at the Trout Museum of Art.
Sat, Aug 5 | 10am-5pm
Explore all three floors of TMA. Bring the family! Just wear your Art at the Park tee or show an email from us and your entire group gets in!

PARKING
Parking is free surrounding City Park. (No pass needed)
OR
Reserved parking lots are available by printing and using this pass. (One can also be picked up at the Trout Museum of Art prior to 4PM on July 21). Use this map: Parking Lot Map for Art at the Park. Place your parking pass in your dashboard when parking in these lots.
Handicap parking is located in the Lawrence University lot on Park Ave.
T-SHIRTS
T-shirts can be picked up when you check-in the day of the event.
CHECK-IN
Volunteer check-in will be at the Trout Museum of Art booth! Located at the center of Franklin St at the Park Ave intersection.
When you arrive to City Park, make your way to the Trout Museum of Art booth at the center of Franklin St. Here, you can check-in, turn in your waiver if not yet completed, and receive your t-shirt. We will then direct you to your area. In most volunteer areas, a staff member will be there to direct you further or detailed instructions will be given.
Friday volunteers check-in at the City Park pavilion.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

MEDIA INQUIRIES
If someone representing the media approaches you, please direct them to the Trout Museum of Art booth on Franklin St.
No volunteers should issue statements to the media. Ashley Acker is the media spokesperson for TMA and Art at the Park.
LAST FEW REMINDERS
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your volunteer shift so you have time to check in at the TMA booth.
- Wear comfortable shoes and your Art at the Park tee!
- Wear or bring sunscreen. We will have some sunscreen available in TMA Booth if you forget.
- Bring a water bottle. We will have water available at the TMA Booth and any booth with a Trout Museum of Art logo if you forget.
- If using a reserved parking lot, place your Art at the Park parking permit inside your dashboard.
- If you have any questions during your volunteer shift, ask any staff member in your area.
