ATP O slide amin

Dear Friends,

Thank you for supporting the Trout Museum of Art's Art at the Park festival in 2021. We can confidently say that this was one of the best years yet - and that's saying a lot in our 61 years! This was the first year moving to a two-day event and we celebrated with more art, more food, more music, and more fun!

The following Marketing, Promotion, and Revenue Report will give you an inside look into our 61st year, celebrated July 24 & 25, 2021. Through the support of Community First Credit Union, our amazing sponsors, volunteers, talented artists, staff, and other community nonprofits, we made it a fabulous year.

Thank you for making 2021 a success! We appreciate your support.

With gratitude,
Trout Museum of Art Staff

Marketing & Promotion

With the help of Community First Credit Union, the Department of Tourism's Joint Effort Marketing Grant, all our area sponsors, and the ten local nonprofits in our Kids Creative Space, we let everyone know what was happening at Art at the Park this year. Thank you!

New Art at the Park Logo

2021 promotion began with a new look! We updated the visual aesthetic of Art at the Park presented by Community First Credit Union logo to a fresh and contemporary style. All materials relating to Art at the Park adopted this new branding and color scheme with positive reactions.

Direct Mail
In June, a postcard mailing sent to TMA's 5,000+ mailing list, included Museum members, donors, artists, educators, downtown businesses, and more.

We partnered with WBAY, WFRV Local 5, and Fox 11 to promote Art at the Park presented by Community First Credit Union. Each station also matched each dollar we spent, totaling $9,000 in in-kind air time or webpage clicks.

WFRV previewed Art at the Park with a live segment on Good Day Wisconsin featuring TMA Event Organizer Julie Gardner and Marketing Manager, Ashley Acker.

During the event, interviews with Fox 11, WFRV Local 5, NBC26, the Sunshine Artist (Waupaca), and The Andy Show were given with TMA Marketing Manager, Ashley Acker.

Two digital billboards were located on I-41 near Green Bay and Oshkosh in July through the event dates.

Event Signage
Entrance & Sponsor Signs
Each corner of the park found a thank you to our sponsors sign! On the reverse side, an event map and listings of artists, soundstage, youth activities, and food vendors.
Sponsor Area Signs
We utilized the new look on 9 sponsor signs placed in each major area of the park. These signs featured the logo of that area's sponsor and the Art at the Park logo.
We also displayed two soundstage signs featuring the performance line-up and sponsor logos.
A-Frames were used as wayfinding markers across the park. These featured the logos of TMA, CFCU, or sponsors prominently; as well as, important information to that area of the park.
Thank You for Making 2021 Awesome!

Rave Reviews

Art at the Park is a gem, the location is beautiful, the layout is smart and the atmosphere great! Wonderful event!

Art at the Park ticks three of the most important art fair boxes: helpful volunteers, a great crowd, and a beautiful setting.

Beautiful location with exceptional art to see and buy. Wonderful musical groups and a variety of food venders to enjoy.

Absolutely one of my favorite shows and this year was fabulous. Love the two day event - I think it spread the crowd out, making it easier for people to get to the displays. Thanks for everything you do to make this event a success!

Such a variety of artists, styles, and mediums- really diverse. Loved seeing the Young Artist Marketplace too.
