One of Northeast Wisconsin's top competitive juried fine arts exhibitions, historically held at the SECURA Insurance Appleton office, will take place at The Trout Museum or Art July 31 to August 4, 2013. Moving the exhibition to the museum in downtown Appleton offers numerous advantages including the ability to utilize the museum’s galleries to display the works and extending the hours of the exhibition. The continued support of SECURA Insurance also enables the museum to offer free admission during the entire show.”

KATHARINE HEPBURN: Dressed for Stage & Screen Exhibition Slated for Fall, 2013
Screen legend’s personal collection of performance clothes spans her six-decade career and features rarely exhibited costumes from stage, screen and television.

For the first time ever, a major fashion exhibition recently featured in New York City will be coming to downtown Appleton in September, 2013. The Trout Museum of Art opens its doors to stage and screen ushering in costumes worn by the legendary Katharine Hepburn.
The exhibit will include Hepburn’s personal collection of performance clothes spanning her six-decade career, and will feature rarely exhibited costumes from stage, screen and television, along with items from her personal collection on loan from the Kent State University Museum.
